20 BETTER WAYS TO SAY THANK YOU- PART 1

Hey All,

I feel pretty excited introducing the different other ways to say “Thank you”…

Thank you could be said either formally or informally….

Slowly introduce yourselves to the many other interesting and new ways in which you could say “Thank you” to anybody….

1. I owe you one

INFORMAL WAY

If somebody helps you with something….. Say a friend helps you finish your project work….. then it might mean tat you might some day help her back with similar or any other stuff…… Then you could say….

“I owe you one”

It means you really you can help them later in the future…

   Or

Even you could use…..

“I owe you a favour”

That even means the other person you are talking to can ask you a help or favour for…..

2. I can’t thank you enough

INFORMAL WAY

When somebody helps you in a very important point in time, when they do a huge help for you…. when you receive an unexpected help from someone in a tough or crisis time in life…. You could use this ….

“I can’t thank you enough”…. because you really don’t know how far you could thank that particular person…

3. I really appreciate it.

FORMAL WAY

If somebody had gone out of their way or comfort zone or voluntarily helped you then to thank them you could use this…..

“I really appreciate it”

4. I truly appreciate it.

FORMAL WAY

This is the same as the previous one just an alternate way of saying it…

5. You made my day.

INFORMAL WAY

If somebody appreciates you or says something praising or recognizing your talent or positively says about you or your work then you could say “You made my day”….. this even happen at times when you itself would be looking for some motivation……

6. You pleasantly surprised me with your kind deed

FORMAL WAY

If you felt happy and surprised when somebody helped you out and you just wanted to thank them then…… then you could rather say…..

You pleasantly surprised me with your kind deed

It means that you felt good, unexpectedly receiving help from that particular person….. and well you are happy and thankful for it…..

7. No. Thank You 👉 (Pointing to the person you want to appreciate)

INFORMAL WAY

When you have achieved something as a group effort or joined effort then finally get appreciated by the person who joined you in doing it…. then when they appreciate you or say “Thank you”…. then you could mean it was only because of it or you were the main part of it then you can comfortably use this phrase…..

“No, Thank you” (With the pointer finger pointed towards the person you joined and worked with, obviously the person you are talking with…….)

8. You shouldn’t have.

INFORMAL WAY

When somebody spends a lot buying a valuable gift for you or when they had spent a huge portion of their own tie helping you even at times missing their own tasks or duties you could use the phrase…. it might be they finished a whole volume of work you had to do on a day…. letting their work aside….

“You shouldn’t have”

9. I’m so grateful for

FORMAL OR INFORMAL WAY

If you want to say thanks for or you are so thankful for….. you could use this…

“I’m so grateful for or I’m so thankful for”

10. It was kind of you
